1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or requesting a free estimate from Patriot Painting Professionals, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Patriot Painting Professionals provides residential and commercial painting services in Highlands Ranch, Denver, and the surrounding Front Range area. All services are performed by licensed, insured, and background-checked professionals.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Free estimates provided through our website or in-person consultations are valid for 30 days from the date issued. All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and a visual assessment of the project scope. Final pricing may be adjusted if project conditions differ from the initial assessment.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to schedule your project. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to a service fee.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your project with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our painting services, contact us within 30 days of project completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional cost. In the unlikely event that we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we offer a 100% refund of the project cost.
7. Warranty
All interior and exterior painting projects are backed by our workmanship warranty. Interior work carries a 6-year warranty; exterior work carries a 12-year warranty against peeling, blistering, or flaking when applied to properly prepared surfaces. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and property.
8. Property Access and Preparation
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area and removing fragile or valuable items from the painting zone. We will take reasonable care to protect furniture and flooring, but we are not liable for damage to items not removed from the work area.
9. Limitation of Liability
Patriot Painting Professionals' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or emotional distress.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patriot Painting Professionals, Inc., its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, or damage arising out of your use of our services or breach of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Douglas County, Colorado.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
